Chimney Inspections

Felgemacher Masonry & Chimney provides full-service chimney inspections including:

Level 1 inspection: The basic inspection that covers all visible areas and components of your chimney. We recommend that Level 1 inspections be done once a year.

Level 2 inspection: Performed when: Your home is being sold, a new appliance is being connected to the chimney or some other modification is being made, a chimney fire or other event occurs that likely has caused damage

Level 3 inspection: These inspections are performed when a previous inspection has detected significant damage. A Level 3 inspection often includes the removal of sections of the chimney structure and adjacent building materials of the home.

Who We Are

Felgemacher Masonry & Chimney was founded by John Felgemacher in 1953, after he emigrated from Germany to the United States. John believed in delivering unmatched service and workmanship on every job, and he passed down his business ethics and expertise through two generations of his family.

Today, the company is run by John’s grandchildren, Eric Felgemacher, Kurt Felgemacher and Lisa Felgemacher. While we’ve expanded our service lines and brought in the latest advanced technology, one thing has not changed: we still treat every customer as the most important customer, and we stand behind our workmanship and service 100%.
