Higher quality materials: Off-the-shelf or builder's grade chimney products are generally mass-produced in an offshore factory using lesser-grade materials. Then they are shipped to a distributor for installation by a chimney sweep. So, much of the cost of an off-the-shelf product is in the 'shipping and handling' rather than the materials. Since we manufacture in-house, we cut out the middleman, allowing us to build a better product at a competitive price.
Chimney crown protection: Most standard chimney caps don't cover the entire width of the chimney. This allows moisture to accelerate the deterioration of the crown surface, leading to more frequent repairs. Our elegant hip and ridge custom chimney caps fit the entire width of your chimney, covering the crown's masonry surface completely.
